Ethlas To Unleash Jam-packed Utility F2P, P2E NFTs Games This Week

Ethlas, a free-to-play and play-to-earn blockchain game finance (GameFi) Metaverse on Polygon chain, is set to release a range of NFT-powered (non-fungible token) games later this week, with the gaming platform aiming to offer the nascent crypto space the first taste of free-to-play (F2P) and play-to-earn(P2E) gaming.

Notably, cryptocurrency gaming has rapidly changed the public perception of the budding industry, from an initial foundation of fun to now play-to-earn opportunity. Unfortunately, the gaming sector has experienced huge barriers for new players, including the perceived knowledge gap, initial cost to start, and gender. In this regard, a recent report ranked males as the most digital assets investors.

But interestingly, the Ethlas team has come up with a mission to bridge the subsequent billion users into the crypto metaverse, creating a one-stop gaming platform that will give the crypto space the first taste of free-to-play and play-to-earn gaming.

Launched in November 2021, Ethlas is an online blockchain gaming platform backed by several notable parties, including Yield Guild Games (SEA), Infinity Ventures Crypto, Sequoia Capital India, and officials from CoinMarketCap and Coinbase.

Since its launch, the project has unleashed the genesis of Komo NFTs, with the platform now expecting to launch its more complete in-game utility, including increased earning and exclusive access to casual and battle-based gaming on March 2. Remarkably, Ethlas today boasts more than 130,000 users globally, responsible for 3 million gameplays since the end of January.

Komo NFTs Explained

In the virtual world of Ethlas Metaverse, Komo Gods sent 8337 one-of-a-kind NFTs with a mission to find games and locate precious gems. Ethlas created Komo NFT after the Komodo Dragon in Indonesian history to benefit gamers and crypto users.

Interestingly, these NFTs may also be equipped with elemental NFTs to unlock skills, maps, and exclusive missions while new games releases become more available. While commenting about the new anticipated crypto development, the Ethlas team shared:

“Komo NFTs acts as the game passes for two exclusive Ethlas games. Komo Cup is a high-stakes casual game, which allows winners to win a prize pot of up to $10,000 by coming tops in the daily tournament. Released shortly is Komo Klash, a turn-based battle strategy game which allows players to form their sets of 3 Komos and compete in different game modes to win the prize pot.”

 Ethlas Live Upgrade

Komo NFTs came into existence through the mining process. In this case, interested users must meet the mint price of 30,000XGEMs or approximately $350 at the time of publishing, acquired directly via MATIC exchange on QuickSwap.

Moreover, participants must also visit the official Ethlas website for mint starting March 2. Early adopters have an added advantage to join the 2000 spot whitelist, which will enable them to mint Komo NFTs at a discounted price.

Ethlas Opens Doors For New Players

Currently, the Ethlas community has over 36,000 discord members, with the gaming platform now expecting to become the game hosting platform in the future. Over the next 12 months, players can expect deeper gameplay, including hosting tournaments and opportunities to participate in prize pot battles hosted by influencers.

Moreover, players can also expect an increase in game selection by integrating games with Ethlas’ existing crypto reward platform.
