Whether the bear market is here or not, one thing is for sure, the NFT space does not sleep. As the price of Ether rebounds from recent lows and the community seems to ride the waves of the past week’s NFT NYC, there is no shortage of people continuing to launch NFT projects. There are even several upcoming and continuing NFT mints that may be worth looking at.
Therapets NFT
Minting on June 29, Therapets is an upcoming NFT brand that focuses on thought-provoking lore and mental health. The generative collection of 2,222 unique nonfungible tokens was developed from 12 hand-drawn layers and many wonderful traits. Every NFT consists of a human together with their Therapet.
The project’s public sale will happen on July 1, 2022. These titular animals work as guides, shepherding their human via the forest of their minds. Thus speaking to Therapets’ mission of bringing mental health awareness and support to the general NFT community.
Therapets NFTs will cost 0.05 ETH during the presale, and 0.06 ETH in the public sale. Furthermore, holders of the Therapets Forest Friends Genesis Collection can mint a nonfungible token for free + gas.
J. Pierce & Friends Zombie Friends
This upcoming mint for the 10,000 Zombie Friends expands mainly on the world developed via the original J. Pierce & Friends NFTs.
Justin Pierce’s J. Pierce & Friends collection utilizes some colorful and playful designs in his signature distinct style. The mint is scheduled to take place on June 29, 2022. The 4,000-piece collection was minted for 0.037 ETH back in January. At the time of publication, the floor price of the collection is 0.044 ETH.
Notably, the first 4,000 Zombie Friends NFTs will become available to J.Pierce & Friends holders as a free mint. Otherwise, the Zombie friends will mint for 0.12 ETH.
Switch Heads
The next notable upcoming NFT mint that you need to keep an eye on is the Switch Heads by renowned artist James Alfie. Normally, the Switch Heads are a collectible reminder that “we’re all made up of different elements, maybe a bit quirky but perfectly unique.”
Another major point about the Switch Heads NFT project is its fun mint generator. To explain, minters ‘pull’ a mint generator lever and watch their Switch Head NFT be generated in real-time. That is a fun spin on generative NFT artwork.
Notably, the Switch Heads team does not have a mint price publicly posted on any of the channels. In any case. The people interested in the quirky composite heads can register to mint on the Switch Heads website. It is crucial to note that only the people who registered could participate in the June 29 mint.
The Possessed
Simply, The Possessed is one of the most hyped NFT mints of 2022. For surety, the market may not be almost as excited generally as when The Possessed NFT first went public several months ago. Even so, with a lot of hype that the forthcoming NFTs have garnered on Twitter, this mint is very much expected to be an instant sell-out.
The allow-list sale for The Possessed starts at 9 AM EST on June 30th and ends at 7 PM EST, at which point the public sale starts. In that context, there are 5.5K NFTs allocated to the allow-list sale, with 4.5K NFTs and any leftovers going to the public sale. Moreover, The Possessed had in the past announced its mint prices of 0.25 ETH for the allow-list and 0.35 ETH for the public sale.
As with most of the super-hyped mints, The Possessed public sale is shaping up to become a huge gas war. Although the project did a raffle for public sale spots, the public sale is over-allocated 3X. Thus, anyone who won the public sale raffle will need to act fast to have an opportunity to secure their Possessed NFT.
Fuck Pass NFT
The provocatively named Fuck Pass NFT seems to be following in the footsteps of overnight blue-chip NFT collection Goblintown. Fuck Pass is a free mint NFT collection with precious few available details and lots of hype.
The only art the project has put out are variations of the logo. There is no site, and although there is a Discord server, only a ‘Waitlist’ channel is available for the people seeking to join at the moment.
Considering the recent history of free mint NFTs, the fact that it is not clear what Fuck Pass even is does not matter. Fuck Pass has grabbed lots of attention, and there are just 1,000 NFTs available. Thus, it is expected to record a rapid mint out. Whether this project has anything else to offer beyond that, we will have to wait and see.
